Leslie Cole Associates, Inc. is a Security Management consulting
firm, specializing in minimizing security-related litigation. The
firm conducts risk analysis, performance audits and training, while
emphasizing cost-effective solutions to reduce criminal opportunity.
Security
Risk Consulting:
Emphasis is placed on security-risk identification and control.
Client consultation is provided to accomplish two primary goals.
First, to provide a safe and secured environment for your most treasured
assets - People. Second, to assist you in planning and implementing
an efficient security program; identifying departures from acceptable
policies, practices and procedures. A 15-point risk analysis is
performed. An audit of your Security Department's performance is
made to provide insight into policies and practices to improve the
effectiveness or efficiency of the department.
Training:
Seminar participants are trained on how to better protect their
environment. We use a combination of our education, experience and
actual case histories from over 40 environments we have served.

Experience:
Leslie Cole received his initial security training under the administration
of the Government of the State of Israel in the spring of 1968.
He earned a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College
of Criminal Justice, plus training in 48 areas of Public Safety
from 20 institutions and organizations.
In
1982, Leslie Cole received his Certified Protection Professional
(CPP) designation from the Certification Board of the American Society
for Industrial Security. In 1987, he also received his Certified
Security Trainer (CST) designation from the Academy of Security
Educators and Trainers.
Prior
to establishing his firm, Leslie Cole was Corporate Director of
Security and Claims for a national parking company. He was an Insurance
Investigator and has performed Secret Service and FBI-type operations
for a Democratic African nation.
Leslie
Cole, a frequent lecturer to security professionals on the subject
of Security Negligence, has served as an Adjunct Professor of Security
at New Jersey City University. Mr. Cole was elected to the Township
of Union Board of Education in 1989 and served for 6 years, serving
as President in 1990. He has been listed in 5 Who's Who directories.
He serves on both the Crime & Loss Prevention Standing Committee
and the Educational Institutions Standing Committee of the ASIS.
